Our Returns Policy

GOT MOLD? accepts returned merchandise purchased from our website (gotmold.com) within 30 days of purchase. Purchases made through other venues, such as Amazon.com, are handled according to their policies.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with your order information, which can be found on your online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.

We are happy to issue a full refund for unopened test kits, as well as for opened test kits that have not been tampered with. If the pump has been damaged or altered in any manner, if a part or parts of the kit are missing, or if the air sampling cassettes have been used or their adhesive tabs removed, no refund will be issued. This policy serves to ensure the scientific accuracy and integrity of our kits.

Please note: GOT MOLD? offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund shipping fees incurred through the return of merchandise or for expedited delivery service.
