Returns Policy

GOT MOLD? accepts returned merchandise purchased from our website ( within 30 days of purchase, in accordance with the limitations described and listed below. Purchases made through other venues, such as, are handled according to their policies.

Full refunds will be issued for:

  • Unopened test kits/refills.
  • Opened test kits that have not been tampered with.
  • Products returned in their original packaging and in “like-new” condition (i.e., ready for resale).

No refund will be issued if:

  • The pump has been damaged or altered in any manner.
  • Any part of the kit is missing.
  • One or more of the air sampling cassettes have been used or their adhesive tabs removed.
  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
  • The original packaging of the GOT MOLD? Test Kit has been damaged or altered in any way, including:
    • Writing on the original GOT MOLD? Test Kit packaging or on any of the internal components.**
    • Adhering return shipment labels to the original GOT MOLD? Test Kit packaging.**

**These restrictions do not apply to the outermost cardboard shipment packaging from our warehouse.

Our return guidelines help ensure the scientific accuracy and integrity of our kits.

Return Shipping Cost: GOT MOLD? does not reimburse, refund, or otherwise cover the shipping cost for returns.
